Dr. Kevin Bloyer lives in Ankeny with his wife, Tiffany, and four children. He enjoys many outdoor activities such as camping, boating, fishing, grilling, and much more. He also loves to travel and spend time with family. He was born and raised in Odebolt, IA as the fifth of seven children. He graduated from Odebolt-Arthur high school and went to Iowa State University to complete his pre-chiropractic program. Upon reaching the required credits and classes, he attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Bloyer was the president of an adjusting club while in school, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009. He is now a Chiropractor at Bloyer Chiropractic and Wellness, which he opened in March 2010.
Dr. Bloyer performs a very specific soft-tissue technique which specializes in muscle and nerve treatment in the spine and extremities. He has found that this treatment in conjunction with the adjustments helps his patients get better in less time. Dr. Bloyer’s muscle and nerve technique allows him to treat soft tissue problems such as sciatica, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, shin splints, carpal tunnel, tendinitis, muscle spasms, migraines/headaches, and much more with great success. He also works with children and babies, and can help with colic, insomnia, bed wetting, spitting up, and constipation. Chiropractic can also help pregnancies be more enjoyable and less painful. Dr. Bloyer is very active in the community and his church, and enjoys helping philanthropic organizations in the central Iowa region. He is a member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society as well as the Ankeny Chamber of Commerce, has participated and been a director for a Christian Experience Weekend in Ankeny, and attends continuing education classes to keep him up to date with the latest trends in chiropractic. It’s important to Dr. Bloyer that every patient has the best experience possible in the office!
Dr. Bloyer with his wife Tiffany, two sons Everett and Levi, and two daughters Norah and Cecilia. Everett and Levi enjoy baseball, basketball, video games, and are currently taking piano lessons. Norah and Cecilia love being outdoors, riding their bikes and going on adventures. Tiffany stays at home with the kids currently, and is a personal trainer. She also helps with business functions from home.
